As if Rocky Horror Picture Show’s Riff Raff wasn’t glammed up enough. The popular statue on Hamilton’s Victoria St had a few additions earlier this week. A bit of orange rope was artistically draped around him, giving a subtle bondage theme. Classy. It was all in aid of promoting a craft and quilt fair on in town this weekend, apparently.
