Film crews to descend on city for contest (mention)

Hundreds of film-makers could be in Hamilton in September for an Australian film contest. Hamilton City Council will contribute $20,000 to the Shootout, which gives participants 24 hours to include five city places in off-the-cuff videos.
Hopes the city's famed Riff Raff statue, immortalising Rocky Horror creator Richard O'Brien, will be one of them look unlikely .
City marketing and communication general manager Philip Burton said Riff Raff would probably be finished in November or December, after the contest. [snip]
